At ELEGOO, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and electronics; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our official support team at service@elegoo.com with your order number and detailed photos of the item's current condition.

Receive Authorization

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the device in its original box to prevent transit damage and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Inspection and Refund

After our technicians inspect the returned hardware for functionality and completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
